Registration Service

1.    Submitting the proposed name of company to Administration of Industry and Commerce (AIC), at least 3 to 5 optional names are required. (Please contact us through the contact form on our contact page.)
2.    Finding a premise for registration purpose, which is required by the government. (Lease fee not included)
3.    Preparing and submitting the Articles of Association and Project Proposal & Feasibility Study Report for incorporation purposes only.
4.    Preparation of appointment of legal representative letter.
5.    Compilation of applicant company’s background information, passport copy of legal representative, photos of legal representative and all other necessary information for the application.
6.    Preparation of application form and arrangement of the form to be signed by Chairman of the applicant company.
7.    Preparation of application letter, submission of application of registration of company with the Municipal of Foreign Trade and Economic Commission (MOFTEC) for approval.
8.    Application for the business licence from AIC.
9.    Obtain the IC card from AIC.
10.    Licence preparation.
11.    All documents translated to Chinese or English accordingly.
12.    Consulting WFOE

Post-registration
12.    Application of the enterprise code, which is issued by the quality supervision bureau.    USD 500
13.    Preparation of statutory company seals and company stamps for contract, finance, tax purpose, and director stamp.
14.    Arrangement of having the company stamp being endorsed by the public security bureau.
15.    Opening of capital bank account and daily trading account at a bank chosen by the applicant company.
16.    Application for registration with Bureau of Administration of Foreign Exchange (BAFE), opening of foreign currency capital and settlement account.
17.    Preparing required documents for the application for registration with local Tax Bureau and state Tax Bureau.
18.    Preparing required documents for the application for registration with local Statistics Bureau.
19.    Preparing required documents for the application for registration with Finance Bureau.
20.    Capital verification report issued (CPA fees charge separately).
21.    Registering certificate for self-declaration units issued by custom (if any).
